Amazing host and hostel all together. Proto Hostel genuinely care about you, and want you to have the best experience. They helped to organise my motorcycle trip, as Sache pass was closed. They were well informed and had lots of knowledge about motorcycle trip in India. Great hostel, clean, well maintained, good food. This is the place to stay if you are a biker of traveller going to Chamba.

Very beautiful scenery in front. You can see multiple mountains. Magnificent views of the valley down. Room was very big. Food was very good. Staff was very helpful.

The mystic village has some seriously amazing views of mountains which you will never see anywhere!! Words would not be good enough to describe how it feels to stay there. Just amazing and refreshing to stay with the local village people. Their hospitality and food at the property are just amazing!! Very authentic and genuine cultural experience!! Definitely would recommend this place!!

    If you want to get off the beaten track, visit Chamba and you will be immersed in the Himachal way of life. The town has many historical sites and the market is very lively and offers everything you need. The people of Chamba are friendly and respectful. The Bhuri Singh Museum houses treasures and the historical temples are worth visiting (Chamunda Devi, Hari Rai, Lakshmi Narayan). If you can afford it, visit Bharmour although the road is very chaotic. Don't forget to wander around uptown Chamba which has old wooden houses, doors and hidden wonders.
