I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Overall Impression: Our recent trip to Kashmir with Young Mumta tour package was an unforgettable experience. The hotel stay is good and excellent service exceeded our expectations, especially considering the affordable price. The hotel's incharge, Abrar, was incredibly helpful in planning our itinerary and ensuring a smooth trip. Accommodation: The rooms amenities were sufficient, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city and the Dal lake is in walking distance. Service: The hotel staff was friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist. Abrar's knowledge and expertise were invaluable in planning our trip. He promptly responded to our queries and provided valuable suggestions. He helped us getting a mobile number as prepaid India sim cards don't work in Kashmir. Package Tour and Driver: The package tour arranged by the hotel was comprehensive and well-organized. Visiting Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Pahalgam, Doodhpathri, and Srinagar allowed us to experience the beauty of Kashmir. The night stays in Pahalgam and the Dal Lake super deluxe boathouse were particularly memorable. Our driver, Shabir, was not only professional but also a knowledgeable guide. He ensured our safety and comfort throughout the trip and provided interesting insights into the region's history and culture. Conclusion: We highly recommend Young Mumta for anyone planning a trip to Kashmir. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and a well-planned package tour made our experience truly exceptional. We are grateful for the memories we made and would gladly return to this hotel in the future.
