The staff were courteous and helpful at all times. The room was nice with comfortable bed and housekeeping was excellent. Food was amazing at the restaurant which has a great view. This is going to be our favourite hotel here in Srinagar.

I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The houseboat's location is excellent, conveniently situated near popular attractions and amenities. Had a wonderful stay at this property! The staff was incredibly welcoming , the check-in process was seamlessly easy, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast buffet had a great variety . Coming to the staff from housekeeping:- Tasaduq & Jhangir were good at their service. Asif & Syed welcomed us with such a warmth . Hospitality of the staff was outstanding. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
