Breakfast selection was great. The kitchen was wonderful. Trisha was great. She showed us everything we needed and was so helpful. The room was clean and bathroom too. Location is quiet and was spot on for our needs. Made to feel very welcome. Fabulous for travellers with dogs. Lots of space to walk on site. Convenient for town centre. Rooms are large and clean. Beds very comfortable.

The garden is wonderful, with hammocks, a trampoline, and swings that the kids absolutely loved. The town itself is lovely, and everything you need is just a short walk from the property. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their response was quick since they live in the same house. It really felt like a home away from home.

The owners are really nice especially their dog that guards the garden with all 3 paws. The rooms are with really high ceilings and the beds so comfortable we fell asleep instantly. We loved the style of the colony house and it's a nice piece of history. Fermoy is connected pretty well with cork (we payed around 15 euros for 2 people for the bus). The price to what You get it really good.
