The host Pat Coyne is a fabulous cook. The full Irish breakfasts were delicious and the humour was abundant. Our view was magnificent. Centrally located you could enjoy beautiful walks in any direction.

Rosleague is a 19th Century manor experience situated in the best part of Connemara. It offers all the touches of a historic manor -- sitting rooms, full dining room, generous bedroom, gardens plus updated furnishings like good Wifi and a generous tub. The breakfast is made to your specifications but also includes the usuals, pastries, yogurt, cereal choices, as you sit overlooking the garden in morning light. They also offer a fancy set of dinner choices. The staff are highly trained and offer impeccable service. It's not cheap to put yourself into "the manor born." But it's not all that pricy either for a few days. I found it totally worth it.

Surrounded by private parkland on the shores of the Atlantic, Renvyle House features a golf course, swimming pool and award-winning restaurant.

The breakfast was delicious, the location was beautiful, our host was so welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. Very close to two towns so we had plenty of options for lunch and dinner. Lots of sightseeing near Connemara. Host had no problem with us coming back a bit later in the evening :)

Ocean Wave has it's name with good reasons. You can hear the ocean, the view is fabulous and a little nice beach is just a few meters away. The rooms were really nice and the host absolutely lovely. She gave us some nice tips where to have a nice dinner, what's the best way to explore the cliffs and so on. Breakfast was lovely, we had a choice between continental and Irish.

This is a gorgeous warm little house in a wonderful part of Galway. It is very comfortable, is well supplied with all you could want for self catering and has been decorated with great charm and flair. The owner organised everything efficiently and welcomingly.
