A hidden gem in Rosscommon...made special by the attentive staff...ive travelled far and wide and you wont meet nicer people than I did in this hotel!!! the one thing that stood out to me which is very important in these times of protecting our children was children was to be accompanied by adults in the lift!!! A really lovely place to stay. Marie and her husband made me feel very welcome. The breakfasts were excellent, and I adored the pinhead oatmeal used for my morning porridge. The roads are quiet, and the location lovely.

Blackbrink cottage is a nice home in the middle of the irish countryside, be ready for one or more good nights of sleep ! John is a nice and knowledgeable host and will make sure everything in your stay is perfect. The bedroom was really comfy with a view on the lake and John's sheep, we really had the quiestest night here. Breakfast is awesome and you'll get plenty of food to choose from, freshly cooked.
