We were there for the rhythm and blues festival and the hotel was very central to all the activities. Great breakfast each morning and good food in the bar at night.

Great location. Wonderful beach. The staff are really attentive and the food was very enjoyable. We had the included breakfast and also ate in for dinner. The room was spacious and well appointed. We were disappointed to only be staying one night and suggest if you are considering booking that two nights would be a great idea. Already want to go back.

This b+b is exceptional, Karen and Martin who run it are so freindly, nothing was to much trouble, spotlessley clean lovely comfortable beds, good range of freshly cooked breakfast's inc cereal yoghurts etc, 2 minute walk into the centre of Ballyshannon, ideal spot to explore the Wild Atlantic Coast etc. I would highly recommend a stay here, my only regret was i couldn't stay for longer

    Everything was top class.

    Everything was top class. I have never yet went to accommodation where I had food supplied. So homely and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. Because I like to wear make-up going out it the evening a lighted mirror would be the business. Thanks for everything.
