The hotel is nice and all facilities are new and good. The price is good for a good four star hotel. It's really close to airport and provide free shuttle. The buffet breakfast is great. So many choices and we like the Indonesian food the most, especially the sweet babur. And one of the chefs (forgot to ask his name, big guy with very short hair) from the buffet helped to explain all the food to us. He is really nice and helpful. We would recommend to book here if you are having an early flight

We arrived on the Hari Raya Haji and was unexpectedly greeted with a nice and delicious ketupat & tongseng. Nobody was there, and we had the whole floor for us. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Staff is friendly & helpful. He picked us up from the YIA and back to the YIA on our return date. He even helped us to book our train tickets to the city. Overall, it was really a nice experience to stay in a kampung area with serenity. Perfect for a big family homestay with cooking facilities.

Actually, I stayed with my spouse at Novotel YIA Kulon Progo on the way back to Malaysia after my business trip to Salatiga. Everything is amazing about this hotel. Their kind hospitality, tasty food and beverage, soothing and fresh ambience, attractive facilities especially the free shuttle. They treat us like a VIP guest. Even when I accidentally left one of my belongings, Yanuarika the hotel staff has contacted me to send me the item when I was in the airport already. Very dedicated staff. Thank you for everything.
