Good location, nice personnel. We reached out to the reception desk after having discovered that our room was crawling with cockroaches and we were immediately offered another room where we saw no more cockroaches.

An absolutely brilliant place to stay. The hotel is a boutique property, on a quiet side street, surrounded by small farming plots. You have a view over the ocean, with Bali in the distance, and mountains behind. An idyllic, and beautiful spot. The rooms are large and well appointed, the staff are so friendly and helpful. They can also assist with local tours, which makes arranging things very easy. And the restaurant is fantastic: breakfast and dinner both excellent, with lots of local dishes to try. One of the nicest places I've stayed, thanks to everyone for a memorable visit! 10/10, hope to be back.

You really can’t get much better than this place. The staff was some of the best staff I have ever experienced in my whole life, we felt bad because they were so incredibly helpful, they wouldn’t let you carry one thing on your own. Location was beautiful and luscious wildlife all around the resort.

Everything! Staffs are so nice! I booked a 1 day tour with this hostel and paid on the day I arrived. because of my mistake, i have to cancel the day tour. the receptionist and the manager said nothing, On the contrary, they comforted me by saying that it's okay. If you come out to play, you should have fun. If you can't participate this time, you will definitely have the opportunity to come back in the future. also they tried their best to help me searching training tickets, airticket etc. the room is nice, comfortable, simple but clean, hot water shower closed to train station, main street, supermarket

We had a great short stay at this Homestay. The staff were so kind and helpful, but the highlight was the bed. It was so comfy and clean, the shower was nice and warm too

Amazing stay at Ijen Transito! Very nice room and excellent service, especially if you want to go visit Mt Ijen and Mt Bromo because you can organise everything with the owner very easily!! He’s a very nice and polite guy and will do everything he can to make your trip easy 👍🏻 I highly recommend !!

It’s a great stay there and it felt like home when we stayed there. The Ibu and the grandma that handle that place were so lovely and friendly like I visited my grandma and my auntie after a long time. Ibu Marhamah was so good in cooking. She will cook for you if you ask.
