The villa was beautiful and traditional style, and the outdoor bathroom felt very luxurious (not sure if all rooms have one so worth checking when you book if you want one). Location was handy for the airport, and the garden was a beautiful spot for a relaxing breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including helping me arrange a last-minute taxi from the airport despite it being later in the evening.

Honestly, a well deserved 5-star review. The staff’s energy is just so lovely, super helpful with the biggest, genuine smile. The room was super clean, every part of it; comfortable bed, nice shower, massive new fridge, enough space to unpack your luggage,… And for the first time, I actually enjoyed the swimming pool. It’s long, deep and not chockful of chlorine/chemicals. Another awesome feature I realize now with moving to another accomodation as the room sadly couldn’t be extended, is that there’s no noise from the Mosque’s, chickens or anything else. My sleep was sound & deep. Highly recommend this place. Ps. Right next door is a lovely breakfast place where you can mix and match any kind of meal you can think of.

My second time staying here, love everything about Reset! Locatjon excellent - right beside the best gym in Kuta (XenoFit) and a short bike ride to best yoga in Kuta (Mana Eco Resort). Staff as always are extremely friendly and helpful, always wishing me a good day and addressing me by name! I was late for my checkout and they were so nice to give me extra time to pack and leave my room. 100% recommend!

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous (from reception, swimming pool and dining area) and our stay couldn’t have been better. The room was big, with lots of space to organise luggage and clothes, very clean and outdoor bathroom a dream. The breakfast was just perfect, with plenty of delicious options and the coffee was a amazingly tasty. Location was great too. We were warned by other reviews about the road but it was honestly not that bad. Only 20 min away from the busy and noisy roads of Kuta (3’ by scooter) so the hotel is very peaceful and quiet at night. The staff was fantastic, very nice and helpful :) We will definitely be back!!

Our vacation at Jati Villa was wonderful! The staff there are always helpful and wonderful! Even the night watchman is a super cool guy who was a lot of fun! The place itself is gorgeous, in a quiet side street within walking distance of the main street. The villa itself is extremely beautiful, clean, high quality finished. The pool is clean and gorgeous. The owner and staff have paid extra attention to make sure you don't miss anything! The bed was very comfortable, the sheets and towels were clean and smelled good, the AC worked flawlessly, there was always hot water in the shower, the breakfast was excellent. You can also rent a scooter from them cheaper than on the street and they also have their own taxi driver Mr Happy who is a really cool guy to ride around with! Good luck to everyone at Jat villa and we will definitely see you again soon!
