Reinhard and Marta are wonderful hosts; they are very kind and can help you with everything. We had amazing chats with them. We also loved the location of the accommodation, as you can visit many places from here, such as Paal Beach and Lihaga Island. Breakfast was delicious. The accommodation is very basic and fully immersed in nature, which is also very nice if you're looking for an authentic experience.

Marta and Rein are very kind! The food is delicious! It's possible to rent a scooter and explore the surroundings. Pulisan beach is very nice for snorkeling if you have your own equipment. Personally I loved the kayak activity on the mangrove. I saw some nice birds. I got a great massage from Alan, very relaxing. Also visited a local moonshine distillery :) and a plastic recycling unit. Likupang is not very touristy but I encourage you to visit this place if you like adventures and get off the beaten trails !

This island is paradise! Wow! The beach is beautiful, it is small and quiet, the food was amazing and staff felt like family. Our tent was romantic, clean and modern. A white sandy beach with kristal clear water and beautiful corals for snorkeling makes you feel in paradise. We didn’t want to leave and will surely come back in the future.

Highly recommended place to stay. It is actually called Tangkoko guesthouse. The tangkoko safety shop is a place on the beach which serves delicious lunches and dinners and their guides for the jungle trip are the best: Renny and Lea. Tangkoko guesthouse works closely together with Renny 's safety shop. Pacha, the owner, of tangkoko guesthouse is very helpful and friendly. Pacha arranged a 'mobile taxi' for 30.000 rp per person to Bitung area from where you can get a grab or indrive ride to your next destination. The rooms are big, hot shower(!!!), great breakfast with omelet to set you off for your morning jungle trip. Great view from my balcony, room on the first floor, of the part.watching the birds flying. Good WiFi.

Newly built bungalow - very big and super clean. Lovely family - delicious food (great for vegetarians also). Julian is an excellent and knowledgeable tour guide - hiking is great with him too. From the cottages it is about a 25 min (easy) walk to the village/beach. If not in walking mood, you will get a ride (motorbike/car). The family also arranges transfer to/from Tangkoko - very easy communication and great support.

once we arrived we had no idea. Then June came to us and she was so nice. She told all about Tangkoko and she kept talking to us until it was so late. Such a nice homestay with everything included. Everything was so cheap. The airconditiong was soooooo wauw. June gave us many recommonondations about the place and they were all wonderfull. such a lovely stay and the people are so nice, really welcoming. I would say this is the best place to stay in tangkoko. We really love June and I hope one day we can see her again. It is really price worthy and the room is soooo good! Good matras, good bed, good airconditiong, good restaurant, good bathroom, … We really loved the place and thus we booked an extra night because it was too lovely. It was hard to say goobye. Please if you are looking for a nice place to stay in Tangkoko, this one is the one you are looking for! June is such a nice host and she is so interesting! We love you June!!!!!!
