We used this location only as an over-night stay on our way down to Montenegro. The poolside was very good for relaxing, comfortable parking on-site, clean room and facilities. The stuff was very friendly and even though we opted for no breakfast, we've been offered free coffee, which tasted excellent!

The location was really good. The landlord was very nice and helpful. The apartmant was modern and well equipped. The pictures reflect the reality. Absolutely great for its value. I definitely recommend it.

Really good place, With very Nice and helpfully owner. We loved our stay. We Was there for 8 night. And its Was 8 good days, by the pool. The garden Was very beatiful, With lots of flowers. The appartement Was small, but it there was alle needed. So 10 out of 10 stars.

I needed a break just to chill and relax and this Hotel ticked all the boxes.The Staff were lovely very attentive nothing was a problem so helpful.The Hotel was spotless so clean.The Buffet Breakfast was lovely so much selection and again staff so lovely anything you needed just ask.The Fish Platter 🐟 was Delicious .The location of the Hotel was ideal Bus stop outside or long Hop to the Beach ⛱️ Everything about my stay was excellent .And don't get me on the sunset from the Sun Terrace or just looking out of the Hotel was Amazing .I literally wanted to stay Thankyou to Everyone for Being so Amazing 👏 💓

    For me it was not the best town in the region.

    For me it was not the best town in the region. To be fair it had a tough competition. Nin, Vir and Zadar are nearby and have way more options for everything. Including beaches. Zaton has limited options for shopping, supermarkets and restaurants - and pretty much everything revolves around the resort.

    No real beach around.

    No real beach around. You have to drive everywhere and all the beaches in the area are suitable only for kids (shallow water) but with sharp rocks frequently. no restaurants, bars, cafes...you have drive to Zadar (some ok places in Nin)

    The sea is mostly muddy, you have to go a far away to swimm...

    The sea is mostly muddy, you have to go a far away to swimm in deep water. There is only 2 restaurant close to the beach and 2 bar. One is mostly closed. Free shower is fine. The shops are missing, you have to go by car to Nin. Holiday resort is heavily guarded :-), you have to pay, but inside is nothing to do.

    Very beautiful villa, very well equiped with all you need. It has a great swiming pool, that we loved and also a lot of space outdoor and indoor. It is situated in a quiet area and you have the posibility to go to the beach by foot. You can find good restaurants, a market and a bakery nearby. We had a great time at this villa and he highly recomand it.

    Mariaenn and Marinko are very friendly and helpful hosts. The house is brand new and equipped with everything you need. The kids loved the pool, but even sea lovers could find lovely quiet beach just walking distance 😊 We can just recommend it for perfect vacation 🥰
