The design and appearance of the hotel are top-notch, with a modern and elegant atmosphere that creates a truly impressive experience. However, the reception staff could benefit from matching this high standard in terms of customer service, as they were somewhat less welcoming and polite than expected. On a more positive note, the staff in the restaurant were absolutely fantastic, and their kindness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. Their attentiveness truly enhanced our overall experience at the hotel.

Absolutely amazing experience! :) The breakfast exceeded all expectations with a delightful array of homemade goodies that truly showed the hosts' care and attention to detail. We had a wonderful stay at Prospect Motovun Studio. The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located just next to Motovun, with amazing views of the surroundings. Everything was very clean, well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. Highly recommended!

The hosts were super friendly and helpful, we could always reach them with our questions and they helped us. It is a very nice and clean house, perfect to enjoy quietness and beauty of the nature. We also enjoyed the dining area near the pool a lot.

We stayed as a family with our 5-month-old baby and it was just perfect. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature. The hosts are amazing – anything we thought we might need, they were already there with it before we even asked. Their homemade products are top quality, beautifully packed and branded, and honestly half the price of anywhere else. Perfect to take home as gifts or souvenirs. The restaurant was busy every afternoon and evening, and for a reason – the food is super fresh and delicious. We only stayed two nights this time while passing through, but it really felt like visiting family. We’ll definitely be back, next time for a longer stay!
