Amazing location and setting by the Adriatic coast, brand new facilities, extremely clean and neat. Overall 4+ star product, I don’t get why it’s onjy three. Breakfast is very rich and delicious. Staff is very accommodating and polite, I’d like to say BIG thanks to their bartender Denian who was exceptional! This hotel is a real gem, with Pula city center 20 mins away by local bus or taxi.

Very nice and cozy place. Spacious room with immediate access to the patio with the pool. Very friendly and accommodating and attentive staff. We received complimentary drinks delivered to us by the pool. Poor very clean and well maintained. Not in the immediate center but within a walking distance in a quiet area, which was perfect for a relaxing time

A wonderful hotel. Very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The rooms are well equipped with large sumptuous beds. The staff are all exceptional, polite, friendly and accommodating. They made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was delicious. A huge selection of small fresh dishes. All close to a nice beach with crystal clear water and a few places to eat or have a drink.

The staff are extremely friendly, polite and also good fun. Love the breakfast, so much on offer I couldn't try everything. The hotel owners also make wine, which is served at the hotel, pleasantly surprised as I've never tried Croatian wine before. The food is excellent in the restaurant, the octopus salad is a must, the ceviche incredible with home made bread served at wach meal. Wonderful service too. The secure underground parking was a huge bonus, even for a large SUV with a roof box, plenty of space. The room we had was big enough for the 3 of us, lovely comfortable beds and a partial sea view. The hotel is brand new and in a peaceful location on the sea front, a short drive away from Pula town centre if you want to enjoy a vibrant town centre. There is a local boat hire facility a short walk across the bridge into the Marina where there is also a restaurant and bar. A boat tour is a must, even for a few hours (negotiate on price) . Ask for Ivo, very friendly young man and capable skipper.

The location is terrific right next door to the Colosseum and the staff were awesome very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and tidy there was a concert at the Colosseum that night and we could hardly hear it.

    Nice place to stay.

    Nice place to stay. Wide beaches covered with small stones - swiming shoes required. Really appretiated the food truck festival with street food. The beach was equiped with toilets, showers, long footh path and lots of bars and restaurants.

    The apartment is spacious, clean, with everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially if you plan to stay for more nights. It has a lovely big terrace looking to a green garden, the surroundings are quiet, perfect for a relaxing time. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. The beach in Štinjan is perfect for families with kids, it has lots of options for all type of beach goers, from active one enjoying beach sports to those going just for a swim and sunbathing.

    The apartment is very comfortable, modern and well equipped. Suitable for 3 persons. The owner is very kind and super helpful, whatever we asked, he arranged it. We are very grateful for his arrangements! The beach is in walking distance from the house, takes abt. 10 minutes pleasant walk. The water level is good for kids as well. Supermarket snd restaurants are nearby. Pula and Fazana are in the neighbourhood, lot of other gorgeous towns around.

    The area where this property is located is quite pleasant. We stayed in two separate apartments: a two-bedroom apartment under the roof for our family of five, and a smaller one-bedroom apartment downstairs for my parents. A highlight of our stay was the fantastic grill restaurant nearby, which I highly recommend. We also appreciated the ample parking space provided for our two cars, which was very convenient.

    Perfect apartment with parking, neat and cozy, bedrooms very comfortable. Everything what you can just imagine was available in the kitchen. Owners are very helpful and friendly. Good location - right next to bakery and vegetables store, 3min drive to Hidrobaza beach or Valbandone. Close to Pula city center, supermarkets.
