The clearning service was amazing. We were travelling with our son and the room always becomes so messy within a heartbeat, but the house-keeping did such a great job! The receptionist Batuu (I don't know the spelling so just guessing) was also really attentive and really competent.

The property was in good condition with many nice areas to relax during the day. Similar hotels that were built a while back and renovated rather recently tend to be somewhat neglected in terms of touch ups, whereas this one was not. The staff was friendly and service minded overall. Special shout out to Luka at the reception for helping us with making our stay extra enjoyable and comfortable.
