Room was great and clean. Breakfast we were able to get it early at 7:30am as I needed to leave the place by 8:15am. The breakfast had scramble eggs with truffles, which was the only place in Croatia that we had this for breakfast. The facilities were good, as there was a pool at the basement and the location was excellent for Motovun.

We had a wonderful stay at Prospect Motovun Studio. The apartment was beautiful, cozy, and perfectly located just next to Motovun, with amazing views of the surroundings. The rooms are modern, newly built and very comfortable. For the courtesy of the owner, a maximum of 10 is not enough. So, we rented the apartment quite late in the evening, and since it was a non-working day, there were not too many choices in the area for something to eat. As the owners, in addition to renting rooms, also own a fine restaurant that serves home-made pasta, so we intended to have dinner there. But the restaurant was already closed. The kind owners invited us to come for dinner anyway, where they told us that they would also prepare breakfast for us in the morning. We thank them once again for their kindness and we definitely recommend this accommodation.

We stayed as a family with our 5-month-old baby and it was just perfect. Peaceful, quiet, surrounded by nature. The hosts are amazing – anything we thought we might need, they were already there with it before we even asked. Their homemade products are top quality, beautifully packed and branded, and honestly half the price of anywhere else. Perfect to take home as gifts or souvenirs. The restaurant was busy every afternoon and evening, and for a reason – the food is super fresh and delicious. We only stayed two nights this time while passing through, but it really felt like visiting family. We’ll definitely be back, next time for a longer stay!
