The hotel is old also furniture is kind of antique as usual in a lot of Greek hotels but very well maintained, it has all that you need like the 5 star hotels and it is in the heart of the city. There are great coffee shops nearby and restaurants. Just outside is the supermarket that works 24 hours. They offered a breakfast with an extra cost which i didn't take (so I can not make a review about the breakfast).Also i was surprised with Komotini city it was so beautiful place and i recommend if you passing nearby and need a rest. Don't expect to much but you will be satisfied with the price and the location.. To many young people having a good time around the hotel location till late night. If i come back i will stay here for sure. The best hotel around.

Ok, where do I even begin? When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist informed us that there had been a problem and that they were currently without fresh water. Now I see that other guests give very bad reviews and bad comments for this hotel because of this matter. Let me say that I have worked in tourism for more than 10 years and I am very good aware that such a situation is very, very unfavorable both for hotel guests and for the hotel itself. Hotel manager Mr. Sotiris and all his hotel staff did everything in their power to provide us with the best possible solutions during the time without fresh water and to make the situation easier for us. They delivered plenty of bottled water to each room and offered us the use of restrooms, showers, and spa/wellness at their other hotel, just a few minutes' drive away. It is also necessary to mention that the hotel was absolutely not fault for the situation with water and they strongly urged the local authorities to resolve the problems as quickly as possible. My opinion is that they responded very professionally and quickly, and for that I owe them all my thanks. Of course, it is not pleasant for anyone to be left without fresh water on vacation, but it is necessary to look at the situation more broadly and to be tolerant and patient in such a case as a guest. Anyway, they managed to sort out the matter and the problem with the water was solved the same night or early in the morning. As for the rest, I would like to praise the extremely good breakfast, the pleasant swimming pool and the quiet location of the hotel with a beautiful view. Mr. Sotiris I wish you and your staff to continued successful management of the hotel and thanks a lot for everything.

It is our 3rd stay at Achillio hotel. Clean, cozy hotel, spacious rooms. Friendly and attentive personnel. Continental breakfast. Location outside Komotini. At 10mins by car to the center of Komotini. At about 25-30mins to Paralia Fanari, Paralia Aigiros, Paralia Mesis. For us it is a perfecr choice either for a nightover, either for longer stay for going to beaches.

Clean and cozy room. Friendly personnel. It seems to be a family business. Great location. It is behind the main street and town center. 2-3mins by foot from pedestrian zone. They don't have a parking place of their own, but we easily found on the street nearby. We shall be staying again here soon.
