The best place I’ve ever stayed. Super stylish renovation, a lot of small important details like Alexa speaker, TV with Netflix, smart joke system, nice coffee cups! Amazing breakfast and just 4 minutes to the see! Highly recommend

We were amazed by the variation and the quality of the food served in the restaurant. The hotel served a lot dishes from the greek cuisine, which we loved. We could taste a lot of greek dishes that you could find in a restaurants menu and the flavours were superb! Our kids loved the pools and waterslides. We had a room by the main pool on the ground floor, which was very convenient with the kids. We stayed at the older part of the hotel buildings, which has a lot of greenery around🙂 The hotel buildings, gardens and overall territory was beautifully maintained ja very clean. Hotel staff was always very polite and nice to us. We liked that the hotel was close to the town. Our room seemed newly renovated and was cleaned every day. The bathroom was extremely small, with the door open, but it was no big deal for us🙂

Friendly staff, stunning and modern arhitecture of the hotel, pool area is beautiful as well and the beach is very close. Plenty of choice at breakfast, good wifi everywhere We had a relaxing stay here.

Marvellous view of the pool and the sea. Very good breakfast and dinner. Beautiful green grass and fine sandy beach. Easy to reach supermarket, outside dining restaurants. Very nice staff. Great location to reach Balos and Chania by car.

We got an upgrade when we arrived to a galaxy suite. We had our own mini pool and private terrace on the roof. Our room was beautiful, bright and clean. We were welcomed with a smoothie/juice at reception and in our room was a chilled bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit platter. They also allowed us to check in earlier than 3pm which was a bonus. The hotel itself is new and fresh and the outdoor pool and loungers are lovely. There are loungers on the beach also. It's in a rural seaside location around 30 mins drive from Chania Old town. You have a view of the sea from everywhere and it's a nice sandy beach too. We would recommend going all inclusive. The food selection was extensive from choice of fruits, salads, cold meat and cheeses to the hot food and desserts. They also have a la carte menus for lunch and dinner if you prefer. Staff were all very friendly and helpful all the time. Nothing was too much trouble.

Ostrakon suites are amazing , the location , the quality of the accomodation and the wonderful Maria on reception .Maria was simply amazing , the moment we arrived Maria was so welcoming and friendly and greeted us every day with her beautiful personality . She constantly went above and beyond in recommending great restaurants , beaches and places to visit on the beautiful Island of Crete . Maria we will definitely see you again ♥️

Very nice place, very good local food and drinks at the open bar, two pools where You can swim or just chill :) Close to the shore, very nice spot to see the sunrise near the hotel. Really nice people, they treat You like a friend or family and help if You need anything. Good spot to travel further west or south on Crete, close enough to airport and Chania city. Definitely going there again! :D
