The resort is beautiful just like on the photos. we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a pool, which was amazing and very clean and had everything we needed, especially since we travelled with a baby. we do however feel that for the price we paid the villa should be cleaned every day, at the least the towels should be changed. we had booked half board and breakfast was really good with lots of choices, dinner was buffet style and without much imagination, especially for the price we paid. The photos of the food variety were very different. On the first night was ‘Greek night’ which was delicious and was served to us but compared to other hotels in this price range dinner option at the buffet were not great. Cocktails were delicious and many varieties. The staff were friendly but one or two were more attentive than others who need better training. The hotel at that level lacks professionalism , it seems a bit too casual. We didnt have a car but feel you need one because going into town took 20 minutes which was fine but walking back was up a steep hill which in the middle of summer might be a bit too hot and tiring.

We have truly wonderful memories of this hotel. The whole family is incredibly hospitable, and you can really feel that everything they do, they do with heart. It's clear they genuinely want their guests to feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms are very clean, as is the area around the hotel. The beach is right next to the property, and there was almost always space available on the sun loungers by the pool. The whole surrounding area is very pleasant and peaceful. We also traveled to other parts of Crete, but this place remained our favorite by far. Thank you once again for all your kindness and for providing us with everything we needed during our stay.

Beautiful resort right by the sea, set in a beautiful garden. Low modern and comfortably equipped buildings, three large pools, plenty of sun beds. Excellent food, different theme every day. So I don't understand some reviews that complained about the variety of food. I would like to see what these people cook for themselves at home. We were extremely satisfied here and plan to return.

We had a wonderful stay at Castello Boutique Suites! The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and a fantastic view to enjoy every morning. The suite was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. We just got back from our vacation and couldn’t wait to write a review about this amazing place! Only the most pleasant emotions — both from the place itself and the wonderful hotel owner! Our room had a stunning sea view, a private terrace with hammocks, it was clean, beautiful, and had panoramic views of the sea. Huge thanks for the bed, mattress, and pillows — 10/10, we slept like babies! The room had EVERYTHING you might need — from a hairdryer to an iron. It’s an 8-minute walk to the center and the beach, with shops right next to the hotel! There’s also a fantastic spot near the beach and the hotel where you can enjoy a meal with a beautiful view — with a discount from the hotel! (Gyroscopio) An excellent owner who’s ready to help you at any time — check-in and check-out were arranged just for us. We were also welcomed with a lovely surprise — wine and fruit upon arrival! We will definitely be coming back!!! Ευχαριστώ πάρα πολύ!
