There is nothig negative what can I say about this place Our first thinking was strange because of the road to Samonas, we were a little bit scared but after two times when we were down on the beach/ other village we learn how to enjoy the road. Konstantin is super friendly, his Staff did our visit really cool, we received fresh fruits for hello, also fresh and vitaly juice with a lot of ICE next day for the breakfast ( It helps us lot during this warm weather :) ) Some sweet balls which bring us Konstantin were really good, tasted like my mother donats! Pool ist great it give a lot of fun for kids and also for adult when is warm House has everything what is needed to normal life. Daily cleaning, but first always ask If we needed it. At the end small surprise for guests! Trully recommend this place Wish You all the best Konstantin Alicja with Familly

The room was amazing with a nice view, clean, towel changed everyday, comfortable bed. Everything that you need. Breakfast was tasty, with different types of dishes. Hotel staff helpful at any moment. We enjoyed it a lot.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and was very satisfied. The room was perfectly clean, which is always a priority for me. I would especially like to mention the incredibly comfortable bed, on which I had a great night's sleep. The blackout curtains were also an important detail, which completely blocked out the light and promoted a full night's sleep, which is essential when travelling for business. The staff were very friendly and helpful, responding quickly to any requests I made, which made me feel cared for and cosy. The hotel manager kindly told me about the plans for the winter season, which was a pleasant surprise. It turns out that most hotels in the area close for the winter, but Amour Relax stays open and offers its guests lots of interesting winter activities. I would love to stay here again in winter, as the hotel maintains a high level of service and creates a cosy atmosphere all year round. I am especially looking forward to participating in the winter activities, which promise to be varied and interesting!

Stunning, comfortable, exceptionally clean. Excellent, helpful service. Stella went the extra mile to help with all my questions. I personally loved the room set up and layout. The balcony is lovely and spacious, and a perfect little city stop over, if you need to be near the port. It's right next to Souda port, with lots of little local shops to try within walking distance. The hotel are also able to help arrange tours and transfers.

We spent a week in Maria's apartment, and we were very good. The room is wide and bright, and it also has air conditioning. Under the apartment, there is a parking place reserved for the clients. The place is ideal because it lies halfway between the Matala's beaches and the Kommos'. For those who want to see cultural places, Pitsidia is an hour by car from Iraklion, the capital of the island, 50 minutes from Knossos, 30 minutes from the archaeological site of Gortys and the Museum of Messara, 15 minutes from the famous Phaistos.

Landlord was very welcoming and available. Both my puppy and myself felt safe there. The property is in a quiet location but close to a popular kafe just 2 mins walk down the road. It is also a few minutes walk away from 2 lovely beaches ; Kalami beach and kyani beach that leads you to the popular Kalyves where there are lots of tavernas. We will definitely return!

With a wonderful view, very clean and tidy. The pool was great too :) Located 0.5 hour drive from Chania airport. The owner was very friendly and communicative, midnight check-in was not a problem either. Great place, definitely recommend!
