Staff were super friendly and very helpful. I met the whole family that were on shift and were all delightful, they always asked if i was ok and always offered me water. Young solo traveller so felt very safe and comfortable. The hotel is opposite the port and had everything i needed without going far. Great wifi which was important as i had a lot of online work to do. Comfy bed, simple bathroom and a nice balcony with a provided ashtray which many hotels dont allow smoking so was extra plus for me. Would highly reccomend if staying in igoumenista whislt awaiting ferry as i did.

The communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and we especially appreciated how comfortable the beds were.
