Very nice hotel within the green mountains of Tzoumerka. The rooms are lovely and comfortable and the hosts of the hotel are very kind. The breakfast was great, better than most of what the higher star hotels have. The view is great too from the little garden and the hotel is not too far from nearby villages and attractions.

Charming apartment, the decoration gave us a real mountain atmosphere and experience. Excellent equipped apartment. Everything you could think of was available: very large kitchen equipement, dvd player with a large selection of films, inspirational table books, several terraces around the apartment, big garden. Large shower, good beds. Spotless clean. Good and fresh breakfast with lots of choices. Wonderful cappuccino and coffee. Above all, Vasilis is a great, enthusiastic, inspirational host with very high standards of hospitality. Vasilis has a lot of ideas what you could do and where to eat. He mapped out several routes for us, provided with gps routes for the best spots; he gave us his self-made hike- tour descriptions which were not only helpful but very beautiful and fun to do. And just in case, he is always available for you while you are 'en route'. In the village, a couple of walking-minutes away from the apartment, you find a lovely tavern as well as many hiking trails. The area is very authentic, beautiful scenery and spectacular surroundings. Lot to do, to see and to enjoy. Not yet discovered by many tourists. A true hidden gem.

Wow! An absolute gem! The pictures don't do it justice. This is a true designers home with everything one could possibly need. The beds are super comfortable the details and care are outstanding. The bathroom spacious and everything was sparkling clean. Kitchen well equipped. The balcony with mountain views was great for sundowners and breakfast. The location is a scenic 20 min drive from ioannina. A little market around the corner. We forgot few things and the owner was immediately in touch with us, he'll keep it save till our return. 5*-service! We'll be back for sure! ♥️

Super comfortable place with all the facilities you need. The place is Very clean and well organised for self cooking with all the gear you need for coffee,tea,and all kind of meals you want to make.     I had a really nice time staying there.

    I had a really nice time staying there. The owner of the guesthouse is so helpful and polite. And the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and living room are quite nice and big. It feels like living in one's own house. It's a bit far from my workshop location (Kalentzi) if one doesn't like walking (except I do like walking). Walking down and up the mountain surrounded by a beautiful view like that in the morning and evening is a pretty amazing experience. Another thing, the restaurant owner near the guesthouse is so friendly and really helpful. I really appreciated his kind gesture. Overall, it's a good option for someone who likes walking and exploring nature.
