The breakfast was great. Only 2 exceptions. Water for the tea definitely could have been hotter and the bacon cooked more. Desserts were plentiful and delicious. Also, Petros the front desk person was great. He was so helpful regarding dining suggestions, taxis, the general area we were in, just his overall demeanor was so pleasant. Yes, it's what a traveler would expect at a hotel, etc, but he went above and beyond. The young lady who wa the server in the dining room our first night was also interesting, helpful and so pleasant. We'd go back there in a heart beat.

Beautiful property and lovely people working in hotel. Breakfast was amazing. Swiming pool beautiful, quite and perfect. Tried the spa, also the highest mark. Rooms cozy and comfortable. We were there for 2 days and had a great break and reset.

Friendly staff, clean throughout, an excellent variety of breakfast where staff just couldn't do enough to please residents. Spacious rooms in a quiet area of the main street of Ioannina. Restaurants shops and sights within walking distance. Our special thanks to Andreas from the breakfast room, for all the attention and information he provided. Overall a memorable stay ✨️

From the moment they contacted us to advise how to check in to the moment we departed, the Petrou Suites staff could not have been more wonderful! They were helpful in finding out details of bus times and also offered to ensure our room was ready as soon as possible due to us having an early arrival, we were able to check in early without any bother. The hotel itself is beautiful, nicely decorated and quite modern. The lady who checked us in and also helped us with luggage storage on departure was an absolute gem! I only wish we had longer in Ioannina so we could have stayed another night. Highly recommend this hotel!
