Near Potidea is one of our go to places because of the beaches which are ideal for kids. We have our favourite beach club which is Mykonos and it is only a 45 minute drive from Thessaloniki. It is a small village. We cannot say it is worth staying for more than a few nights as there is not much to do in the evenings - few taverns, one little children playground with pinball machines. The beach is sandy and the sea is clear, only if there are waves it is more cloudy. Very good, diversified food, everyone can find something to their taste. Rooms are cleaned twice a day.
