Really luxurious apartment, with plenty of spacious and really well facilitated. Loved the dressing gowns - lovely touch. Everything was fabulous. Close to the old town.

From the start the concierge staff took my case off me as I was entering and was very friendly, as we were early checking in they had a room available and checked us in early and gave us a better room which was overlooking the pool, the food was beautiful and they had a great choice, we payed full board and at lunch we were offered a 3 course meal off a menu and the salad was lovely and the chicken and grilled veg was cooked perfectly, the staff were very accommodating and professional from start to finish, the facilities are lovely and the pool and the pool side area are lovely, we will defiantly return if we come back to Heraklion, thankyou for making us feel so welcome

This was the best stay I have ever had in Irakleio. From the moment we entered, we were warmly greeted by a charming gentleman, informing us on all the details. When we got into our room, I was amazed that we had paid so little for so much. Beautifully decorated, clean, perfect matress and pillows. Our friends had a room next to us, which was different, and equally beautiful. In the evening we walked to the centre which was so close. The breakfast was superb! Highly recommended. On the 5th floor there is also a roof garden, also well designed where I could enjoy my cigarette, with a fabulous view. I wish I could have stayed and slept there for much much longer! I rested well in the large comfortable bed. Well done to Kastro. You are brilliant!!!!! Thank you!!!!

I stayed with my wife and daughter for the first time in this place. The host is a wonderful person, communicative, attentive, responsive, he is interested in what we need every day. Impeccable cleanliness, towels changed daily, bedding also changed. Along with the welcome greeting from the host, I had a bottle of Greek wine in the room. There is also a fridge in the lobby with juices, champagne, beer and wine. Everything is superlative, quiet location, close to the beach, supermarket nearby, open daily. I will gladly return to this place. I warmly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing, carefree stay.

The room is looking modern and stylish, big and comfortable, I enjoyed the balcony as well. Staff is very polite and helpfull, nice conversations, meanwhile they’re not too much. Not after you in every secound, they know when they’re needed. Best choice on the island.
