Mountain village on a main road with 2 supermarkets,bakery,2 restaurants and 2 (local)bars,7 churches and 1 monastery. Very relaxing in the morning "people watching" whilst waiting in the restaurant for the local bus(coach) to Vassiliki ,10 minutes on the coach and only 1.60 Euro. Bus times are to meet the ferry but approximate.Other way to Lefkada will take up to 45 minutes but both journeys offer views that will be missed from your hire car. Car essential to get to other bays/villages/restaurants. but again worth the effort. We could have done with two weeks here not one as so much to see!Guest review byChristineUnited Kingdom - 10.0
