During our stay at this hotel, we were consistently impressed with the level of service and professionalism displayed by the entire staff. From the management team to the dedicated cleaning personnel, each member contributed to an atmosphere of excellence and hospitality. The facilities stood out as top-tier, and while the immediate coastal area might not have presented the expected white rocks and sandy vistas, the hotel's pool facilities compensated impressively. I don’t really know where to begin, because words fall short to describe how special our stay at the Bizarro Boutique Hotel has been. We had booked eight nights in this fantastic hotel, but unfortunately, my boyfriend and I had a car accident during our holiday. From that moment on, the staff did everything they could to help us. Every single day, they came to the hospital to see how we were doing. They even brought us breakfast, so we still felt a little bit at home during those difficult days. When we were finally able to return to the hotel, extra amenities were waiting for us without us even having to ask. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, peacefully located, and still close to the city centre. The interior is beautifully decorated with a modern, warm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and very generous, with lots of fresh options every morning. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer lovely views of the surrounding area. But what really makes it special is the genuine warmth and care of the entire team. We have never experienced such personal service anywhere. We didn’t feel like just guests, but truly welcomed and cared for like family. We are incredibly grateful for everything the hotel and the staff have done for us. We will definitely come back here many more times, because you rarely find hospitality like this. This hotel deserves all the praise and appreciation.

Excellent food all round, superb quality accommodation and really wonderful staff. I rarely write reviews but this hotel deserves one as it was excellent and epitomises what you would hope for (but often don't get) from a 5 start resort. A special mention must go to the staff who seemed really motivated to ensure you had the best possible time. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and food in both of the themed restaurants and the main restaurant were top class, range of cocktails available were great as well. There are plenty of swimming pool areas and sunbeams and balinese beds were ample in quantity. The perfect adult only 5 star holiday for rest and relaxation
