The experience was honestly amazing, from the start. We had a very early flight and they managed to get us all checked-in by 10:30. The staff was very customary and very nice all the time. All the requests we had, they fulfilled them very fast. The food at the restaurant was very, very tasty. All in all, we are already thinking of when we can come back!

Our all around experience here was excellent. We travelled with a 5-year old and were extremely satisfied with their Kids Club which you book through the hotel app. There are no added fees and can be booked every day minus Sunday from 10-1 pm and 3-6 pm. The layout and design of the rooms and the hotel premises in general is clever and tasteful. The breakfast is plentiful, special kudos to whomever is baking the canelés, cinnamon buns etc. Also, cocktails by the pool are a must! Staff is accommodating and friendly. There are numerous restaurants and bars nearby, the hotel has plenty of free parking and all the amenities are there (gym, spa, pool bar etc.).

We had a fantastic stay at Mirage Bleu Hotel . One of the absolute highlights was the excellent sea view from our room – it was truly breathtaking and made every moment feel like a dream. Watching the sunrise over the water each morning was unforgettable. The hotel itself is stylish, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. We felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. The peaceful setting, combined with the beautiful views and top-notch service, made this one of our favorite getaways. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind by the sea in total comfort. The hotel is situated on a sandy beach. Localisation is very practic, especially if you travel with children: coming into the sea through only few small stones (you don't need water-shoes, there are no algae, etc.), water is clean and not deep. It is also possible to rent sunbeds with umbrella for 20 Euro (in the price of hotel there are only sunbeds near to swimming pool included), but you can take also your own blanket and ley to the sand. Traveling from airport there is possibility of taking taxi (guaranted 25 Euro) or public bus in front of exit from the airport, near to colour map (3 Euro), but it comes only 6 times for the day and you need to change the bus for another (2 Euro) at Zakhyntos bus center, where conection is more often, usually every 60-90 minutes (direction Tsilivi, Tragaki). You finally get off at "Tsilivi 1" bus stop and go 10 minutes on foot. Check-in is to do in the previous building of Tsilivi Hotels where you also receive your breakfast and any help if you need (reception of Palazetto is permanently closed). The staff is helpful, towels new everyday, my room was eclxactly like on pictures.
