Amazing customer service, a nice calm vibe set the tone of the stay. An ideal location close to the old town allowed for an easy walk to dinner. Check out was a smooth and easy process just like check in and we were offered water upon departure for our bus trip! Truly an exceptional hotel and amazing staff

The best holiday at the best hotel! Located in the city center the left 5 minutes walk old town and right 5 minutes walk the beach. the rooms are clean and tidy - The best of all are the people who work there ! Thank you sooo much for birthday surprise, for helping my parents with everything they needed - all staff workers were kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious so what more could you want! Will be happy to come and recommending to everyone!

    Gonia - a small village where you can feel the local...

    Gonia - a small village where you can feel the local atmosphere and culture. In August, we happened to attend one of the Cretan festivals – a traditional celebration with food and music on the village square. As tourists, we were warmly invited, even though the event was mainly for locals. Very kind people who are happy to interact with visitors.
