The mountain view is the centre piece of this resort. If you’re looking for a place that will offer an intimate and peaceful setting, le grand bleu is the spot. We received a personalised sundae on my partner’s birthday - it was such a lovely touch. The team really went above and beyond for the breakfasts, going as far to ask what time we’d prefer to ensure it was served fresh each day. The staff here are what really makes the place, really kind and down to earth people. They make you feel welcome and nothing is too much. In terms of the facilities, everything was clean and the rooms are just as pristine as advertised. They refresh the room each day too, with new towels etc. Special mention to iffy our host, she was nothing short of wonderful!

+ The host is such a sweet lady, she was very thorough with the information and very helpful! She provided us with coffee, tea and taught us how to make excellent Greek coffee as well! + The location is superb, right next to the sea, beautiful views from the balcony. + Close to a lot of restaurants, shops and cafes. + There is private parking right under the building, in the shade. + The apartment is super clean, the bed is comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed.

I had the pleasure of staying in this traditional Greek house nestled in a tranquil mountain village, and it was a truly serene experience. The quiet surroundings allowed for a restful retreat, where you can unwind and reconnect with nature. Plus, the stunning ocean views from the village add an extra layer of beauty to the experience. For those with a car, there are lovely beaches just a short drive away, offering the best of both worlds—peaceful mountain living and easy access to the sea. The nearby beaches are perfect for a day of sun and relaxation, making it an ideal destination for those who enjoy both the mountains and the coast. The village itself is a hidden gem, with excellent local eateries offering delicious Greek cuisine. Whether you’re in the mood for hearty meat dishes or fresh local produce, the food in the area is outstanding and not to be missed. The hospitality of the owners was exceptional—they were warm, welcoming, and always ready to offer tips and assistance to make our stay even more enjoyable.
