Excellent hotel both for its facilities and staff. Amazing breakfast with great variety of choises for all tastes - complementary fresh orange juice and all types of coffees. Professionalism and hospitality of the staff were beyond all expectations. The room was really spacious with all necessary needed. Overall an unforgatable experience. Mr. George Operation's Manager as well as Alexandra, Roula and all the staff was really helpful and hospitable. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!

Dimitris is truly a five-star host! We had the pleasure of staying in a marvelous place. The house was excellent—clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location was perfect: a peaceful heaven just 10 minutes from the center of Platanias and its beautiful beaches. Communication with Dimitris was excellent from the very beginning. He responded promptly to our initial inquiries, provided clear and detailed instructions before our arrival, and stayed in contact throughout our stay to ensure everything was going well. Location is fantastic with views of the White Mountains, and the best sunsets and sunrises. The apartment was very beautiful, with hand painted furnishings (by our talented host) and art to enjoy. Our hosts were lovely and being there at the height of the growing season, they generously supplied us with tomatoes and cucumbers from the garden, to supplement the basic ingredients provided in the kitchenette (oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, sugar, vinegar). There's a washing machine on the terrace, and everything dries in no time. The gorgeous terrace was the main reason we booked and it did not disappoint; there were comfortable shaded areas for lounging, and even cats to play with. Chania is about 30 minutes' drive, with a street market on Thursday and Saturday - go early! The nearest beaches are about 30 minutes' drive as well. Do check out the local winery and the botanical gardens; both excellent for a tour and lunch. We hope to visit again.

Beds were comfortable. There is olive oil and honey and vinegar from the farm for guests. The kitchen has everything you need and if something is missing just ask and they will get it. Go to the market in Chaina on saturday and make yourself a feast with fresh vegetables. So good! Lovely porch to sit on and eat overlooking an olive orchard. Fresh fruit and nicely made up beds everything was clean and nice and the hosts were welcoming and good.

The Villa Blue Vedere is a fantastic place. We were a family of 5, and the house i spacious and comfortable and the outdoor area with the beautyful pool and the garden area around is just amazing. This is a very safe spot to book and I would highly recommend it. Going by car you will be downtown Platanias in 5 minutes. The host helped us out upon our arrival and met us at the nearby police station. Very easy to find with google maps, 35/40 minutes from the airport. Very nice balconys in the 2. nd floor one on each side of the house, in the morning we had breakfest just outside the kitchen on a balcony turning west, and in the evening you can sit on the most spacious one turning east and enjoy the view of Platanias, Agia Marina and have glimpse of Chania far out and the mountains. The bedrooms a spacious, bathroom as well, the living room is huge and the kitchen is just what you need, easy for two adults to cook and prepare food. There is also a very nice barbeque area. I had a 9 seater rental car and there was no problem to get through the street up to the house, and one can park in the street or at the house behind looked doors. Getting in touch with the host was very easy, always responding quickly and with high care. Easy to plan both arrival and departure. Thank you for our stay - we highly appreciate the hospitality :-)

Very nice villa in a great location: top of the mountain in the lovely village of Lákkoi. The views are stunning, mountain air is refreshing, and the balcony is a great place for a morning coffee or evening drink. Sofia is very kind, and is there to make sure your stay is comfortable. We strolled around the village and enjoyed one of the three tavernas. Unfortunately we didn't have time to explore the other two. The people were very friendly.
