Freshly renovated apartment, kitchen is new and functional. The climate in this hillside is dry and chilly at night, so you will rarely use the air conditioning. Sifis, Sabine, Petros and his grandfather are the kindest and most hospitable hosts I have ever met. They do produce outstanding Olive oil and marmalade as well as soap. Everything was great! The house was fully equipped for all the activities there eg. cooking, bbq, bathroom etc. The bedrooms were quite spacious and a group of friends or a big family can stay there without any issue of privacy. The house offers amenities for the little ones as well so no worries at all for a family with small children. The host was more that polite and heartwarming we only have the best words to describe him! The location is quite convenient it is not far from Herakleion and it is only a 40-50 hour drive from Ierapetra should anyone wishes to see the south. The village is quiet in general with many festival activities in the summer time as in whole Crete and with a nice convenient store/super market in a 4' walking distance. Parking exists as well for the car within the house and in the village. Totally recommend it!

The house is very beautiful and very well kept up. The inside has all you can ask for a pleasant stay (and a lot more). All of your day-to-day equipment and basic needs for a short or long stay are available. Coffe, water, milk, raki and lots of other basics available, which makes you feel at home directly after entering. House is super-clean, could house 4 people with separate bedrooms, kitchen island, spacious shower/bathroom and living room. Nice balcony/terrace.

We had such a wonderful week at Soho Blue Hotel in Crete! The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are lovely, and there are two pools outside (one for the kids ) with sunshine by the poolside the whole day. The location couldn’t have been better: right next to the main street, but still peaceful and quiet. We also really appreciated the private parking, which made things easy with our rental car. Breakfast was tasty and varied enough throughout the week so it never got boring. But what truly made our stay special was the owner, Kiriakos – such a kind and welcoming host. We left with great memories and would happily return. Highly recommend! 💙
