The exceptional service. You are never refused, they will constantly do their best to meet your needs and requests, and it's done with love and genuine care. Other great perks: private beach, awesome dining room, lovely design, private hot tub, good food. I don't know where to start, this is an amazing hotel. The room itself was very spacious, with a sea view, a large bathroom, comfortable beds, balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The hotel is styled very nicely and there are 2 pools and plenty of spaces to relax. The food in the restaurant is delicious though lacking a bit of choice and the cocktails were just amazing. I cannot emphasise how good the staff is, the 2 receptionists were very helpful and made us feel welcome (and we got a room upgrade), everybody was very kind and going out of their way, a special thanks to Chronos who was very nice and generous throughout the whole stay! I cannot recommend this place enough.

The appartment was super clean (thnx to Tatiana 💙💛). They cleaned the rooms daily, they changed the bedsheets and towels. The staff ( the receptionist was very lovely and helped us book a taxi for the airport) were super friendly and helpful. There is also a pool that is open from 8 am to 8 pm). There is a bar downstairs in case you want to have breakfast or to simply have a coffee in the morning. The view is breathtaking. The location was great (5 min from the beach by walking). The bus station that goes to heraklion is also infront of the structure. Everything was great. I higly recommend!!!

This place is just simply lovely! Breakfasts were very tasty, staff was very helpful and nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is also great - close to the beach, and you have a few places to eat nearby. It was quiet too :) I loved the atmosphere of this place and i will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. The staff was always very helpful too - we had to leave early one day and we were given lunch boxes to go (it was still a pity to miss that breakfast because it was really delicious). I think for this price you couldn't find anything better - it's also close to the airport, only like fifteen minutes by car or something like that. It's a great spot to be at if you're planning on travelling by car to other places. All in all, this is a beautiful Hotel with amazing gardens and pool area. If I ever go back to this area I will definitely stay here.
