The apartment was very clean and very spacious and also had a perfect view of the sea and sunrise in the morning. Dennis the proprietor was unbelievably brilliant. I was taken ill on my 3rd day Dennis got a doctor with a few hours to the apartment , anything you needed Dennis would organise taxies -local attractions - his knowledge of the island was brilliant . This is a very quiet area of the island - perfect for couples and families that enjoy peacefulness and serenity as there isn't much around. It is also facing mainland Greece which contributes to the sea being very calm and with almost no waves, ideal for swimming and snorkelling. The water is also warmer in comparison to the west side. The sunrises are spectacular but the location does mean the beach day is slightly shorter as the sun sets on the other side.
