The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional especially John and Grace in the restaurant. Thea baked amazing gluten free bread and cookies. Vivio was friendly and excellent member of house keeping staff. The reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfasts and dinner menu delicious!

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The sea view room I booked was nothing short of breathtaking! The view of the ocean was spectacular, and the room itself was impeccably designed and well-equipped, offering everything I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. I would also like to extend my sincere gratitude to the front desk staff. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. Wonderful house with perfect location by the icefjords. We spend days just looking at the every changing icebergs. All that you need has been well though of. Super comfy and my family had an enjoyable stay. The wrap around balcony was great to view thr bergs. The host Anders is super efficient and responsive and all our answers were replied to almost immediately. Loved our stay here. Highly recommended.

We rented apartments 2 & 3 for a family trip. Klaus was a brilliant host, quick to answer questions ahead of arrival. He arranged to collect us from the airport which also made check-in a breeze. He shared advice for what to see and guidance for the very flexible schedule for National Day. Our return flight was delayed and he kindly allowed us to stay in the apartment until our leaving time and arranged our transfer to the airport. Location was great. 10min walk to the Icefjord Center, 10min to supermarkets and shops. Walking distance to all sites around Ilulissat. We didn't have a car but parking was always available in front. Apartment 3 was perfect for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and large open living area were perfect for meals and planning our day. It was warm on the cool days, and black out blinds helped us sleep during the midnight sun. Very comfortable adjustable bed, good warm shower. From this upstairs apartment you could see icebergs drifting across the bay. Lovely stay.

Everything about Whaletours appartments is exceptional. We were met by Karen and Claus, who were superbly friendly and went above and beyond to help us stay comfortable. The accommodation was top quality, and brand new, as well as well equipped. We arrived to stay both at the start and end of a 10 day sea kayak expedition, which included a lot of equipment. They were exceptionally helpful in accommodating for this. As one of our client fell ill before the trip they went above and below the call of duty, helping with longer accommodation options and even activities in our absence. I will 100% stay again, and couldn't praise Claus and Karen higher for their hospitality.
