The hosts, the travelers we met, the food, the wine, the place: a very beautiful villa, immersed in their wineyard, decorated with style, with a very spaceful common room, with a perfectly working upper piano and a big flat tv screen, adorned with a wide terrace, where you could enjoy the free bottle of their own white wine, included in the booking. As an Italian, I know a thing or two about wines, and I can tell you that in Italy you would pay at least 20 € for a bottle of wine of similar quality. Our room was also perfectly clean, with working air conditioning.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel – we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially with our child. We’ve been traveling around Georgia for a week, and this has definitely been the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Also, the breakfast was the best of the whole trip – delicious, varied, and made with quality ingredients. The facilities are exceptional: everything is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet – perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. A family house near the church in Ubisa. Excellent location, beautiful view, large and clean room, a large yard and big terrace. The owners are very welcoming, the price is decent. I received by email exact directions to get there. Pay attention to this road, if you don't have a bigger car, it is preferable to walk the last part (2-300 m).
