The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and quite 'glitzy' and clearly bulit to accommodate many more guest than it was doing when we were there. It was spacious! Google maps did not take us the right way... So you will need to use Maps Me or intuition to find it as it is in a large Soviet block estate. Or if you're coming from the south with the spa baths park on your left, turn right after the police station, go to the top of a small hill and turn left. Drive alongside a wall, and then left again into the car park at the front of the hotel. The whole experience of this hotel was a tad quirky .. In a good way Breakfast was good. 'Town' is, an interesting 20 minute walk away... Which you can tske partly through the spa baths' park.

    Place are “tired” and outdated. Beds are not comfortable.

    Place are “tired” and outdated. Beds are not comfortable. There’s no actual full bed but 2 single beds put together- very uncomfortable. The size of the room is fine though. The balcony is nice too, but there was no outside furniture (!) and not enough pillows and towels for all of us (although were delivered the next day upon request). The hotel staff are nice, trying their best to please, but the place itself is very basic. Parking is crowded. Overall, it is a place for budget travelers seeking basic accommodation with swimming pool.

    This town is the local capital of spa centres.

    This town is the local capital of spa centres. I recommend this impressive town to the lovers of old Stalin-era architecture and Georgian spa procedures. Plus, there are several abandoned spa resorts built in the 1950s. They are exciting in order to see original and authentic facades and masterpieces of architecture :)

    It's not for everyone - Tskaltubo is a quite small town, a once flourishing health resort that appears to be getting back on its feet. The Spring No.6 is a great spa complex with matter- of-fact but essentially great treatments with the " water of immortality" and the town is quiet, safe, green, and great for a health holiday on a budget. Also, if you love old Soviet architecture, better go before it is too late as the abandoned resorts are really crumbling, whereas some are getting a much-needed restoration now.

    Well it still respires the grand old days.

    Well it still respires the grand old days. Things have gone into disrepair somehow, but I an see picking up in the coming years. Lot's of green spaces and walking opportunities. Everything relatively close. For example Sataplia nature reserve and Prometeus caves. Kutaisi also close. Easy to reach with Minibus or taxi. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with plenty of Spa definitely the place to go.

    NATURE. The Investors have not come to thıs place. Therefore Nature were not destroyed. SPA center and also in the center of many destination. When you get your morning bath, you have a enought time to visit other place till the evening bath. Like Sataplia, Okatse, Kinchka, Martvili, Prometeus cave........ Also KUTAISI

    All the facilities were excellent, and the room was perfect—spotlessly clean and comfortable. The first-floor terrace offers a lovely view over the town and is the perfect spot to enjoy some homemade wine. Tskaltubo itself is a wonderfully laid-back town, with plenty of spas and some great dining options. I genuinely wish I could have stayed a few more days. Guesthouse Oda is ideally located, just a short walk from the town centre, and the host was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommended!

    I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The hotel’s amenities were excellent, and everything was well-maintained. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy my trip. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tskaltubo and will definitely stay here again!

    Family hotel with delicious breakfast. The hosts are very hospitable. The room is very clean with a comfortable bed. There is parking and a cat) I liked it very much, I will definitely return. Excellent value for money. By car to the balneological zone 5 minutes or 25 minutes on foot through the park)

    Welcoming owners, such a sweet family! The house is in good location when staying in Tskaltubo, if you want also discover the city itself with Soviet leftovers :) There is small Tetra cave in 10 minutes walk.
