Gregori and his parents are lovely people who shared their home with us. Gregori speaks English and showed us his little farm. He gave us travel recommendations. We enjoyed plenty of homemade delicious food (best Khatchapuri Georgias) and wine. It is a wonderful place to relax and come in touch with Georgian life in the countryside. We really enjoyed our time at Veranda! The location is wonderful, with a view to the river, churches and hills around Kutaisi, which you can enjoy from various places on the terraces (our favourites were the gazebo and the hammock). The breakfast was a generous display of hospitality, as was the cha-cha tasting. Palina and Igor are wonderful hosts, they are attentive, kind, always willing to have a meaningful conversation, and even wake up at 4am to make sure our ride to the airport arrived.
