Wonderful hotel in a beautiful location. We arrived very early - room was ready so we were able to check in straight away and we were even offered a free breakfast. Excellent service. Highly recommend this hotel, shame we only stayed one night.

Amazing! I loved everything! The hotel is recent and located 5 minutes walking distance from the city center. The environment is peaceful. The view from the balcony is fantastic! The bedroom is quite big, as well as the bathroom. The hotel also has a comfy living room and another outside terrace with hammocks and yoga mats if you would like to relax after your daily hiking. Tamara and Ralf are super hosts! I enjoyed your daily discussions with Tamara. She was always helpful and gave me many tips! The breakfast was incredible! I highly recommend this place, and I am looking forward to coming back next year! Thanks a lot Tamara and Ralf for your warm hospitality and your kindness!

Staying at Hotel Lamala was an incredibly heartwarming experience. The surroundings are breathtaking – endless green meadows and powerful mountains all around – but what truly makes this place special is the amazing people behind it. The hosts didn’t just welcome me as a guest – they welcomed me like family. Their warmth, care, and generosity created a truly homelike atmosphere. Every day started with freshly baked local bread and delicious homemade meals, full of authentic Georgian flavor and love. It’s rare to find a place that feels so real, so human. I’m deeply grateful – and I will absolutely be coming back.

Clean rooms with minimalistic but pleasant interior. Comfortable beds. Bathroom is well equipped. No air conditioning if it matters. Extremely welcoming staff. Very nice breakfast with good diversity of options. We stayed at Svaneti apartments year before, this hotel is definetely much better. Thanks for having us!

I enjoyed location by itself. The view was exceptional, Ushba mountain was literally in front of our window. Staff was very helpful. The owner of the place was caring and helped us with transfer from nearby village (The place where marshutka dropped us). We tried different food at the restaurant and none of the dishes disappointed us, delicious. Breakfast was filling. Different food was served every morning. My favourite were pancakes, wish they served it every day.

Really a perfect stay. Great rooms with a really nice view and good breakfast. The owner is really nice, he helped us a lot! He even arranged the transport to Tiflis. Best place to stay in Mestia.
