The hotel has a fantastic location with a beautiful view of the mountains – and as a thoughtful detail, the beds were positioned so you could wake up to the view directly from the window. The room was spacious, clean, and furnished with great attention to comfort. The food was one of the highlights – the breakfast and the delicious local dishes tasted amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they helped us arrange a guided tour to Vardzia, Rabati, and Khertvisi Fortress, which is a memorable experience. Everything worked perfectly. A particularly nice touch was that we were allowed to choose our room upon arrival and even received a bottle of wine when we checked out – such great hospitality!

Excellent hotel with a magnificent view from the terrace to the beautiful mountains. The staff is beyond praise, who greets guests as if they were his family! The room and the hotel in general are perfectly clean - everything exudes the aroma of newness. The breakfast is varied and very tasty. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Borjomi, this family-run hotel is truly a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The rooms are spotlessly clean and cozy and even the shower gels smelled amazing! Breakfast each morning was absolutely delightful. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant, and the food was consistently excellent. Whether you're in Borjomi for a short visit or a longer stay, this hotel is a fantastic choice.

The private spa facility was a bonus. Location was central. Staff helped with carrying luggage as there is no lift. Best khinkali and pepperoni pizza. Good breakfast. Help with tours. Lady at the reception was helpful. We could park our car inside.

The owner is a fantastic man. He helped us a lot with some problems we had. The location is far from the centre, but he can arrange a cheap taxi very easily. It's a very nice place if you come for being close to the mountains and a chill place.
