The house is situated on a hill in a really calm and natural environment in a small settlement. Excellent views and great garden. A lot of hang out equipment like table tennis, hammocks, dart, volley ball - great for Families / kids. Very lovely host and Kind welcome. Simple kitchen and bathroom, but everything you essentially need is available. Could also be great for a long term stay - excellent price / value ratio :-) Nice old fortress and hiking trails in the surrounding area nearby and a great restaurant with outdoor dining area in the neighborhood .

everything was perfect. excellent service, great rooms, breakfast buffet was very good. I will definitely return next time I am in tbilisi. staff even arranged for lunch to be made for us as we had to miss breakfast one day when we left early for a day tour. rooftop pool and sauna is a great bonus too!

The staff was incredibly helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. They even explained all the tours and helped us book transfers, which made our trip so much easier. The room was spotless and super comfortable, and we loved having a terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. The city views from our room were also stunning. The breakfast was delicious, and we appreciated that they offered us food from the menu too. The location was perfect, in a quiet area but still close to everything we wanted to explore. Even though we booked the hotel late at night, they were fully available and arranged an airport transfer for us. The guy who contacted us even woke up to make sure we were doing well. The hospitality and warmth of the people there made us feel so welcome. We absolutely loved everything about our stay and can't wait to come back!

The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped, perfect for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how conveniently located the hotel is, making it easy to explore the city. Great value for the price, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Breakfast was lovely with a mix of continental and local items pastries, croissants, Georgian dishes like khachapuri, fresh salads, cheeses, sausages, and a selection of veggies.
