We were positively surprised to find a kettle and a fridge in our room (that was not mentioned in the description). The room was very clean, and the picture hanging there was much better than the usual generic hotel art. The town of Khashuri is perfect for trainspotters.

Excellent service: the receptionist was especially polite and professional. We got a free upgrade to the suite which was superb. The location itself is a great to rest. The garden is rare with its flowers and plants. In fact it’s nested in green landscapes and the peace around you makes you feel home and safe. I asked for a host lady if it was possible to have a breakfast and it was totally worth it, so delicious. On the other hand, beds were so comfy. It was all clean around.

The family was very welcoming and helpful. The house has amazing views and it's in a super quiet area, however the bridge is fine to cross and the road to get there is mostly allright, even for small cars. The food (and trout from the farm nearby) is very nice and you have so many different things to try. It was a bit sad that the storm caused some problems in the town but nothing that the family didn't make up for! We hope we can eventually come back when we visit georgia again! At night we enjoyed a beer with the owner and the neighbour and with those views it was quite an experience.
