Wonderful hotel. Amazing service staff, very good location in the heart of the city. Everything is close around. They have a very elegant and clean rooms. Delicious breakfast, very nice spa and beautiful sky bar with great views of the city. I highly recommend Monarch Hotel and will definitely be back. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is peaceful and away from the busy downtown..in the Botanical garden area with great views of the Black sea. The hotel is new and very comfortable. The front desk team was supportive and gave us an early check in. We booked the higher category rooms with sea views and big balconies. The rooms are so well designed and the AC is excellent. I must appreciate the Food was the highlight and was outstanding. They served excellent dishes and we ended up eating all Lunch & dinners at the hotel itself. The breakfast was included for Genius level 2 guest and was worth it. Will recommend the place. Special mention to the team there who were amazing. Angelica who found my lost wallet at poolside and handed it over to the front desk. The manager Ms. Mariam . The staff there Leban, Nika & Diana were amazing. Could not meet the chef but the food was excellent. You are doing a great job.

The room was very clean and newly renovated Although the tower is relatively new but they recently had another renovation for the rooms which makes you feel you’re in a brand new hotel The view was as good as we expected from the other reviews and even exceeded expectations View and atmosphere of the breakfast buffet is one of a kind We will be definitely back next year
