What a gem! The owner Ika is a charming, friendly, welcoming man who really goes the extra mile for his guests. The wooden house is a beauty, with an eye for details (a record player!) and all amenities you need, including a stocked fridge (the nearest grocery shop, at least as far as we know, is a 45’ drive). Moreover you can order dinner and breakfast with the owner, definitely recommended. The view from the terrace is magic. The silence and the freshness of the air is quite unique. You need an SUV to get to the house, but if you get there, you will also manage to drive onwards for another 1h45 min to the upper Svaneti valley with the stunning UNESCO world heritage villages of Ushguli.

Agra Ushguli is a place made with heart. They’ve thought about every single detail, from the beautiful accommodation and thoughtful design to the extremely delicious food. Fast check in. We booked on the same day, and the hostess came quickly to let us in. Thanks <3 Comfortable room, the portable heater worked well. Loved the hot shower! We ordered dinner at the property (30 GEL per person). It was tasty, but we expected it to be larger. Maybe it was us, just more hungry than average after having hiked for several days... After check out, we were allowed to leave our bags downstairs, and pick them up just before taking the minibus to Mestia. Convenient location.

It was the second time when we stayed at Mshvidoba, and everything was great. Although we were a big group (8 people) we fit in comfortably. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts were very friendly, as last time.

The place is conveniently located just 150 metres from the main road in a quiet cul-de-sac. We stayed in a family room with three beds, it was spotless and big. There are three rooms in the house , they share a communal room with a sofa and fireplace, with a panoramic window looking at a couple of towers just 20 meters away- quite a romantic feature-, with a beautiful panorama over the valley. As I remember , the beds were very comfy, and overal , we had a great experience. Thanks to Anuka for having us!
