Teona and her whole family welcomed us in this away from modern world stay. We were looking for something wild and got it. The family took care of us, cooked for us, entertained us like nowhere before. Their kindness is immense!

Our stay at Horizons Bakurtsikhe was nothing short of magical. Tucked away in a serene and scenic location, this place is a true haven for nature lovers. We had the entire property to ourselves, making it feel like a private retreat, hosted by the warm and wonderful Natalie – an exceptional host who made our stay truly special. The cottage was beautifully designed – cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the mountains and the stunning natural landscape was an experience we’ll never forget. It felt like stepping into a postcard. Dinner at Horizons was absolutely sumptuous, beautifully prepared, and bursting with local flavor. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a generous spread featuring delicious pancakes, shakshuka, and much more. It was a true feast, served with care and hospitality. The amenities added to the charm – a lovely pool and a relaxing sauna made our evenings perfect. We were also joined by two well-behaved, friendly dogs who quietly kept us company, adding to the homely and peaceful atmosphere without ever being intrusive. Horizons Bakurtsikhe is a hidden treasure that offers comfort, tranquility, and hospitality at its finest. Whether you're looking to unwind in nature or just enjoy warm Georgian hospitality in a scenic setting, this is a must-stay spot. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Delicious kitchen. Everything I tried was amazing

Hello, I was so happy to visit your village this time. The reason why I visited this winery is because I saw a Korean who visited in February posted compliments and recommendations about the winery and host. First of all, Elizbar is on holiday, I was bit sad I didn't see you, but I respect you for running a place like this where the village is so cool. I really never regret coming here, and I had such a lovely time. And Svetlana I was so happy to meet you. The meal you made was so delicious, and it was so nice to sing and talk with you. Thank you so much for spending time with me even though I came here alone. But daughter, who was in charge of the winery on my behalf, she didn't explain well the proper wine to me, and she didn't show me the factory because she say no time I’m busy. I was uncomfortable because she kept scolding me for coming alone even though I asked her in advance if the winery was possible when I was going alone before the reservation. And I walked around for a while in the morning and took pictures, and she came to me and suddenly saying that ‘I fixed the water for you, cleaned it for you, and served you wine, and you still have 30 minutes left until your breakfast time’, so I was so embarrassed and I cried because she was so rude and angry at me and told me to wait. I didn't stay here for free, and I don't think there's any reason why she should be angry and rude to me, even though I'm a guest. I think she should be a little more responsible for her work. I loved this village so much that I want to visit again with my friend. That's why I'm writing a honest review. I look forward to seeing Elizbar next time.

I like the hospitality and the care of the tourist they did it so nice I am glad that I got this guest house ..it was a totally family atmosphere. I like it very much and the food they served it was amazing.i enjoyed my stay it was very comfortable.

The location and views of the hotel are very beautiful. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The food is delicious.

This is such a cute hotel! It is situated in one of the traditional Georgian houses on a quiet, yet central street. Very nice surprise!
