What a fabulous guesthouse, the room and dining terrace was spotlessly clean. The room was a decent size with new fittings. The owners have went out their way to make guests as comfortable as possible. There were four rooms in a purpose build accommodation block. The terrace area has good views of the castle and is very pleasant, particularly in the evening. The family were all very friendly, particularly the owners son, Giorgi who was very helpful. They provide evening meals at reasonable prices. (We dined at a local restuarant and regretted it...). The other guests dined at the guesthouse and said it was excellent, great home cooking. Just wish we also had dinner there. It's only ten minutes walk to the entrance of the castle. In summary, outstanding value for money.

These wonderful apartments truly provided all the comforts we could have hoped for. The cleanliness and comfort, coupled with the intriguing interior, made our stay truly memorable. Great location near the castle. The breakfast was great, there was homemade buns and jam. The host was very friendly, we felt like home during our stay. When we arrived the host offered us homemade wine. I recommend to stay in this hotel if you want to feel the real Georgian hospitality.
