Joseph greeted us on reception and was wonderful; kind and professional and managed the details for us. The little drink treats in the room were such a lovely surprise. Breakfast was good - staff were not communicative but did their jobs. We will definitely come again!!

Superb shower , comfy bed , pillows, fluffy towels , full length mirror , lots of plug sockets , wonderful staff , great views of the river & cathedral ❤️ complimentary drinks on arrival were a nice surprise ! Shuttle into the town centre was great as we had done a lot of walking during the day ! Lots of places to eat in the market square , all in all this hotel is 10/10 & we will be returning soon to visit the racecourse.

Very charming hotel with recent renovations, as shiny new bathroom. Bed very comfortable! Great terrace, good bar selection and dinner opportunity, suffient breakfast options. It felt like I was in 5 star luxury. Quiet, clean, comfortable and modern. It turns out the location of the event I was in Salisbury for was on the other side of town so I had quite a walk. I didn't mind. I loved staying here
