Brilliant location to access all the Northern Isle of Man has to offer and walking distance to pubs and restaurants in Ramsey. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Food was really good - some limited options due to non arrival of boat but what was available was great!

Awesome location, so pretty, 5 minutes walk if that, to electric tram and bus, apartment had everything we needed to cook, or heat food, bed was cosy, bathroom awesome, just everything lovely. We didn’t want to leave! (Perfect stay for our TT experience)

The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Jo and her husbend were super kind, we forgot our adapters back home and they even let us use theirs:). However the best thing was definitely the breakfast!:)

Absolutely everything about this stay was perfect, from the cheery welcome to checking out and wishing I had booked a longer stay. Very comfortable bed with amazing soft linen, glorious shower and toiletries, and as for the selection of treats! I felt totally pampered and will definitely be back! Rooms very relaxing well organised friendly staff and great swimming pool rooms are very spacious and cleaned to a high standard stayed here for 2 nights food excellent and nothing was too much trouble at any point.
