Wow, my first time at Moxy, and I'm blown away! Everything was excellent, room, staff, style, location. Have been here for Louis Tomlinson, the venue is only a footstep away, great for a concert! Overall I had such an amazing time! Breakfast is well worth mentioning it: honestly I've never had a better breakfast in a hotel in the UK! Variety, taste... phantastic! Thank you so much for completing my stay in such a nice way!

Hotel was in a great location close to the BP Pulse arena. Staff were really friendly and the room had everything we needed Was nice to have breakfast included, although as the hotel was busy, there was always a line of people waiting, some people having to go up a few times to see if the buffet had been refilled.

The staff on duty went out of their way to be helpful especially when my friends flight was cancelled and she needed somewhere safe to wait until my husband and I could pick her up. This was a huge help as we are all from the Isle of Man and my friend would have been straded without that help.
