The location couldn’t be better and I loved my room which was much more spacious than the one I had in London city. I was particularly impressed by how professional and kind the staff was. It was late in the evening and they still kindly brought me some synthetic pillows because I had forgotten to tell them about my allergy to feathers. On our way back home we had a car accident and had to find a hotel near Gatwick Airport to travel home by plane the next day. We didn't want to stay in a real airport hotel, after the shock we wanted to find a nice countryside hotel where we could relax a bit. I searched for the 'best rated hotel' in the area and Stanhill Court hotel came up first and I already loved the pictures. I booked it just an hour in advance. When we came in we were very impressed by the decor. It looked like it was just renovated but also had lovely authentic details. We had the last 2 rooms and were so happy! We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant 1881, with to our astonishment very decent prices! There was a wedding party, but the music wasn't till late and didn't bother us. In the morning breakfast was nice with enough choice. The area is very nice and the views of the countryside are lovely. It felt like a surprise we had found this little gem! Really thinking about going back.

The attentiveness of the staff at Nutfield Priory was second to none. I’ve been for afternoon tea, the scones were mouth watering. Now I have been for a spa weekend - perfect-so relaxing. I would love to go for Christmas but unfortunately plans in place that cant be broken, maybe next year.

Coincidentally, I witnessed the vintage car show at REDHILL. I saw cars that were only seen on the screen live. The Park is equally a place of interest for me as I do a lot of walk around the beautiful large field.

For this price we expected a much more professional approach...

For this price we expected a much more professional approach. We had a payment problem due to the hotel payment system. They didn't solve our problem so we had to go. At an Inn just a minute driving from this location we could pay easily. Our cards worked but their system was malfunctioning, the style of client handling was suspicious and very formal. We left very unsatisfied and stayed at another place.

Did not go into Redhill itself, but it was fairly close to...

Did not go into Redhill itself, but it was fairly close to Hever Castle that we wanted to visit, hence why we chose this hotel. Having driven through Redhill it looked a nice place that we would probably have stopped and visited had we had more time. Also reasonably close was Miller & Carter restaurant where we ate as hotel was more expensive!

The bedrooms were very comfortable, I had a fantastic sleep in the upstairs room! It was very cosy. The kitchen was well stocked and smart-enabled TV. We didn't use the train but the station was probably only a 5 minute walk away (didn't hear any noise) so imagine very convenient for those travelling by rail. Great internet speed and Redhill town and shops were less than 10 mins' walk.

Striking historical building with period features back as a hotel. Very comfortable and super terrace with stunning views towards the Weald. Very friendly staff and great service. Very nice breakfast outside. Very large pool with steam room and sauna included in the stay.

This two bedroom upstairs apartment in an old house has been converted to a very high specification. Both double beds were comfortable, two bathrooms, three flatscreen tv’s. Flat very clean. Close to Redhill town centre. Free parking.
